What are dental implants?
A dental implant is a small titanium post surgically placed into the jawbone to serve as an artificial tooth root. Once it integrates with the bone β a process called osseointegration β a custom crown, bridge or denture is attached on top, creating a replacement tooth that looks, feels and functions like a natural one.
Unlike dentures or bridges, implants are permanent, self-supporting and preserve the jawbone from deteriorating after tooth loss. They are the closest thing modern dentistry has to a natural tooth.
Types of implants we offer
Single tooth implant
One implant post with one crown β ideal for replacing a single missing tooth without affecting neighbouring teeth.
Multiple implants
Two or more implants to replace several missing teeth, each independently supported without bridging.
Full arch rehabilitation
Complete upper or lower jaw restored on 4β6 implants (All-on-4 / All-on-6) β a fixed, permanent solution for complete tooth loss.
Immediate loading
Crown or bridge placed on the same day as implant surgery β Dr. Balaji is a certified master of this technique.
How it works
Consultation & CBCT scan
3D imaging of your bone density, anatomy and nerve positions β done in-house, same appointment.
Digital treatment planning
Implant type, position, angle and depth mapped digitally before anything is touched.
Implant placement
Placed under local anaesthesia (sedation available). Minimally invasive β most patients return to normal activity the next day.
Healing / osseointegration
2β6 weeks for standard loading. For immediate loading candidates, the crown is placed the same day.
Final crown or bridge
Custom-fabricated, fitted, adjusted and polished. Your new tooth is complete.

- Patients wearing uncomfortable or ill-fitting dentures
- Anyone wanting a permanent, fixed replacement (not removable)
- Patients with sufficient bone density β or those requiring bone grafting first
